You tend to forget the work-life balance and self respect.
The good thingsOnly good thing is about the team mates within your group function.
The challengesA lot of challenges. Minimal support from hr and management. Concerns are just acknowledged not addressed or resolved. No incentive for supports.

    A total disconnected culture company
The good thingsAdditional perks such as in-lieu holidays, special incentives on IT peripherals
The challengesA total disconnected company that only pride at individual contributors rather than team contribution to the extend creating a hostile environment inter-department and across the department. The managers are inexperienced and preferred to work silos, misleading and gave falsify direction to the team

The challengesVery technically challenging because the technology change is fast. However, there are ways to obtain latest information and help from co-workers.

A good company to work with
The good thingsCompany provide a lot of free training, certification program without bonding. There are also a lot of bonding activities amongst team member. A lot of room for technical and personal development
The challengesThere are still KPI to meet, but i feel the KPI are fair and provide us a chance to prove ourselves and move towards better bonus, increment and also promotion.

Overall experience can be good or bad
The good thingsCan get certificates for free, training material provided for employees, and other training for employees improvement such as presentation and etc.
The challengesNo work-life balance, not suitable for a family person as there will be a lot of KPI need to be achieved, and of it is the internal and external exam where you need to use your own time (out of office hrs) to study for the exam. Working there can be very stressful as you'll be handling a lot of projects at one time.

Not suitable for people with family or kids.
The good thingsThe benefits are average and can be improved. A lot of free food so can save a lot.
The challengesWork expectations can get unreasonable from time to time. Does not provide a supportive environment if you have kids or prioritize family.

Poor work life balance and too much emphasis on what should be contributed to the company.
The good thingsHealth benefits are not the best but other claims such as travel, etc. are paid without hassle.
The challengesOverall everyone here works day and night for the company however some members of management don't appreciate the effort given. It would be great if these individuals could be replaced.

All employees get to work on a diversity of projects and learn many different skills. Management is very considerate and allows for a flexibility of schedule
The good thingsVery systematic and full of documentation oriented. Their work allows entry level to start working on some interesting projects in the data field. Polite people to work with in management and clients. Resume filler out of college
The challengesto get ready for upgrading skills and talent. Creative Thinking needed and as a business development should have strong Forecast Sales determination and presentable skill. Need to balance workload and manage the business account (clients) .
