    Junior Strategist

Agency life, but structure and team system probably better as of now.
The good thingsGood pay, even at a junior level you get a decent salary range that rarely seen out in the market. Colleagues are accommodating and nice, that's what makes work enjoyable because you have good people around. Occasionally have some company events/outings, although not often but once in awhile does help boost and revigorate the team spirit from constant stress.
The challengesManagement back then was a bit hard to work with, current system probably better. Really depends on the type of leaders/superior you worked with. During my time was just that one superior that make me quit as she is way too toxic for me to handle.

    Rewarding, challenging and mainly positive.
The good thingsHigh salary; employer is very appreciative of your dedication, loyalty and hard work; you constantly learn something every day; the seniors are very motivating; great working culture and environment; overall a great place to launch your career in the PR industry.
The challengesTo assign more people in a team; seniors could be more responsive and understanding of subordinates' deadlines; the yearly bonus payment could also be improved/increased

    Public Relations Intern
    Sep 2017
    4 months Internship experience
The good thingsAll the superiors here are willing to teach, it's just about whether you are ever ready to learn. And if you performed well, chances are you will be given opportunities to get hands on drafting press releases which is mostly unlikely to be allowed for interns to do. For those looking to journey into the PR industry, this is the place.
The challengesNeedless to say, great companies comes with high expectation of your performance, as an intern at the very least.

    Give ALL to the company
The good thingsComradeship among staff is good. Somehow, they try to help others in the similar situation.
The challengesNot to do what is not part of your job scope. Time and effort given wasted and unrecognised.
