    The good thingsWell tolerated employer, with good guidance to well performed the task. Nice work environment and need a tough spirit in order to be a well skilled employee especially to those who want to explore the oil and gas industry.
    The challengesThe time constraint in order to perform the job in the time frame given. For KPI evaluation, you really need to well performed since the very first day of the new year in order to get the best salary increment and bonus.
