Limited opportunities for personal growth and career development.
The good thingsthey provided flexi hours.
The challengesThe company benefits package is relatively limited, with low medical claim coverage and no provision for optical or dental benefits. Mileage reimbursement is also minimal. The company provides a RM3 lunch subsidy; however, canteen pricing is perceived to be relatively high, which reduces its overall value. In addition, there appears to be limited opportunities for career growth.

    Poor management, China man leadership
The good thingsThere is free parking and staff allowance every month, which allow employee claim products for free.
The challengesA place that with 98% of ladies employees, with very "friendly" attitude and always provide "useful guidance" when you need assistance. There is a lot of employees but mostly use mouth to work only. Too many manual work, and paper works require few levels of approval. Basically can be said as it China man company although it was a listed company. Don't put too high expectations here, increment is lower than market rate.very calculative company, low allowance for travelling outstation. Most of the time require to work overtime.

    Low salary
The good thingsGood and helpful colleagues. Parking space inside company
The challengesLow salary and super tiny increment every year. Outdated company system, many work still rely on papers and need to be done manually.

    No chance for career progression
The good thingsSubsidied lunch, many annual leave, can finish work on time
The challengesDon't expect high increment. You'd better stuck in the same position for 10 years. And you always get almost expired stuff for your staff purchase, basically paying full price for almost expired products.

    Lousy Place to Work
The good thingsSubsidized meal rates at cafeteria.
The challengesBoss today say this tomorrow say that. Management cannot even build shades for staff car park area, leaving cheap and expensive cars under sun and rain all day. Tiny increment like we are not appreciated. Slowest promotion like we need to wait until retirement age.

A good start for brighter future
The good thingsThe Company management is very well established, united & very considering. Staff benefits are consider good, except all regular benefits that compulsory by Labor Law, staff purchase, bonding studies, replacement leaves, subsided lunch at cafeteria are something worth highlighting. The office environment is way better than many regular offices, parking are free & walking distant to main lobby.
The challengesHave to fulfill projected tasks in time no matter what. Workload is super heavy even-though job scope here is much more specified & dedicated compare to other small companies. Traffic towards office is very bad, NKVE, Glenmarie, Kampung Sebang, these are the directions the could reach office, and all of them are infamous with bad traffic. Missing the early departure from home, you will mostly find yourself late for work at least 20 minutes. Don't expect good bonus from here, they are allocated by departmental from last season sales performance & on date currency market.

    Frequent change of policy
The good thingsFor the Shah Alam HQ, staff are provided subsidy/ discount to in-house lunch. Comfortable working ambiance. Free parking. For the retail outlets, staff can't enjoy these benefits.
The challengesSuperiors always change policy/instructions, turning the staff around to do double works. Waste of time and resource. The HR dept didn't keep promise for the compensation had promised, leaving fake hope to the staff.

Join if you love the industry
The good thingsThe company did exceedingly well in turning around the business under the stewardship of the new owners. The team are truly passionate of the industry and loves the brands they manage.
The challengesThe key successfully managing retail numbers is in the detail. Managing an enormous amount of data and business analytics across region with few investment business analysts can be challenging and frustrating.
