    Young and friendly company culture
    The good thingsYoung and friendly company which I enjoyed working here. The average age here is around 20+, hence no communication gap and discrepancy here. Seniors are willing to guide and share knowledge to you when it is needed.
    The challengesThe project difficulty might be challenging sometimes as this company provides customised software development. It requires more time to write coding but the timeline might not sufficient sometimes. Overall it is fine for me but hope can have longer timeline for future projects.

    The good things1. I like the working atmosphere here as the colleagues here are friendly and willing to teach and share. 2. This company has reward program which rewards employees based on their performance. You can get profit sharing from the project value. 3. You get the opportunity to work on diversified projects which you can gain experience as a developer. 4. Unlimited snacks available 5. Friendly superiors
    The challenges1. It might be challenging for junior or fresh developer but seniors or superiors are friendly and willing to guide. 2. Workload can be high sometimes but it is normal for IT industry I guess. 3.

    Good improvement over days
    The good thingsThe company is keep improving from the day I first joined (3 years ago) in term of operation, project management and benefits. Even though some time there is still some "mess" around but at least improvement is noticeable. I guess every company has good and bad, so it is consider ok for me
    The challenges1. Heavy workload can occur often but not most of the time. Acceptable level 2. Public transport is not ready yet. Even though MRT is walking distance but not ready yet 3.

    The good things1. friendly colleagues.
    The challenges1. All talk no show 2. Staff appreciation needs to improve 3. no work life balance 4. not considerate enough 5. listen to staff grievances, but selectively solve the problem 6. no fair treatment for staff 7. minimal benefits 8. Sometimes you may need to cover out of your scope task 9. every time delay reward programs 2months and above 10. work till the last day of your resign period. serve notice period for few months but very slow in finding replacement

    Nice place to learn, but low salary
    The good thingsColleagues are supportive, unlimited freeflow junk foods, clean and comfortable working environment.
    The challengesFast-paced + weak project management. Low salary, even seniors don't get a pay rise for years (same pay as a junior). Watching a lot of colleagues leaving at the same time, can imagine how serious and depressed they were. Feedbacks are suggested but no action..

    Learnt tons of things than ever
    The good thingsIf you are keen to learn something new, you can gain so much knowledge and gain your portfolio better.
    The challengesThe past project management is slight messed up and have hectic period managing multiple projects, but at least now they revamped and managed to improved the assigned task management and the workflow.

    The challengesTerrible project management. Projects often get delayed because of the poor definition of flow and requirements. Multiple projects at the same time. Benefits are very minimal. Boss is calculative in some aspects, sort of chinaman company.
