Good platform for fresh graduate, many opportunities to learn and do.
The good thingsEqual chances to anyone capable. Working environment is good, friendly staffs and management. Eternal group is expanding business in South East Asia region, so there are more resources from headquarters. So they need a lot of talents especially from production, research and sales team.
The challengesThe company is still new so everyone is learning and growing together, more tolerance if you made any mistakes. Less office politics over here as most staffs are fresh, but might need to careful when dealing with headquarters. Managements are Taiwanese, so actually they prefer those can communicate in mandarin, but they still welcome all talents to join. Salary wise is just average, normal perks.

It's a good place for freshie
The good thingsIf you are freshie or experience in working less than 2 years, this place might suitable for you (in terms of salary, it might be higher than other player in this industry offer). You can learn many thing in supportive environment from your colleagues across organization. You can find work life balance in this company if you really know how to manage your thing by not working overtime. Its doable. Dont stress too much if you choose to join this company. Manage your things.
The challengesChallenges working in this organization is, even this organization claimed that they are MNC, but English are not widely use in many setting, most of the time chinese language will be use. A little bit authocratic. If you are okay with Yes Man work structure, then this company is suitable for you.

Good place to start a career
The good thingsGood salary and bonus. Good work life balance if you are working as an admin. Plenty to learn as this company is quite new in Malaysia.
The challengesSometimes SOP is not followed. Top management are mostly Taiwanese, thus, there will be some language barrier if you cant speak Mandarin. Supervisors are mostly very young and inexperienced. Too many meetings but cannot come to a conclusion.
