    Highly political atmosphere
The good thingsYou learn a lot due to the highly technical nature of the work. The benefits and salary are good plus the exposure to regional markets is very useful. You work on a very independent basis and are expected to produce tangible results which you will need to justify your employment.
The challengesThe management when i was working there was very political and should you find yourself on the wrong side of the political divide, you will not last long. It is very hard to gauge the political divide as the existing staff will not be helpful to you uif you're on the wrong side. Very lonely working environment as everyone works on their own and guards their own territory.
