The good thingsEnjoy the working environment, the workload is fine. Colleagues are helpful, willing to teach.
The challengesThe challenges would be the communication of the branch manager and assistant branch manager. They work in different ways, which kind of troublesome for us part-timers.

    Ups and Downs
The good thingsThe culture is excellent, you can never find it at other big companies. You get to work together closely as you feel the warmth among all colleagues and all act as one big family. It is more people-oriented. Colleagues are one of the important keys in an organisation. Colleagues are friendly and mix around well. The main language/dialect spoken: Mandarin/Cantonese.
The challengesTraditional Chinese company. Still have a lot more to go further but unwilling to take risk to explore. Employees have to brush up on English language.
