A good place to start, no long-term career opportunities.
The good thingsAble to find one or two good colleagues (purely luck), a lot of hands-on experience.
The challengesPoor management with low emotional and mental capacity that struggles with communication, high-stress fast-paced working environment with no respect for workers' time and poor benefits. A terrible place to work, especially for a Multi-National Company.

    First job experience
The good thingsI was given the opportunity to learn and refine my skills. The managers were usually involved in trouble shooting problems during work and I learned how to deal with problems from these more experienced people. The company aimed to nurture team spirit, especially between departments, by organizing sports day and appreciation dinner.
The challengesToo much discussion but not really solving the problems from their roots. Therefore, problems are recurring. Being always dealing the same problem can be frustrating. Colleagues are having different working values, therefore some work harder than others. However, rewards are the same and this is difficult to accept.
