The managers were usually involved in trouble shooting problems during work and I learned how to deal with problems from these more experienced people. The company aimed to nurture team spirit, especially between departments, by organizing sports day and appreciation dinner.
The challengesToo much discussion but not really solving the problems from their roots. Therefore, problems are recurring. Being always dealing the same problem can be frustrating. Colleagues are having different working values, therefore some work harder than others. However, rewards are the same and this is difficult to accept.
