The challengesManaging people will be a bit difficult but it's ok. I had my great time cooping with unwanted things and i got great support.

The challengesPoor benefit, serious politic office issues and very bad management.
Just take care of certain staff for bonus and increment. Not fair!

Poor benefit and harsh boss
The good thingsPantry is always filled with snacks and have a coffee machine.
The challengesThe management is harsh and poor employee benefit. Company politic issue is serious. The boss always shout at subordinate which make the working atmosphere very down.
