Passionate to learn new things can further your career
The good thingscompany is stable; there is no delay in salary payment. can learn new things. For difficult tasks, you will be guided by senior employees. Can make a lot of friend!
The challengesNo clear path for non executive career. Tough mentality needed for longetivity in this company. some upper management give sweet promise not fulfilled. Do not trust them.

STRESSFUL BUT THERE ARE THINGS THAT CAN BE LEARN FROM THEM!
The good thingsWorking environment is good enough. You will have friends to guide you. Don't worry about the tasks given.
The challengesJust don't push your luck even if you are just a freshie. Just don't. You will be dead if you work with their working hours. The management is terrible. Always thinking to please the client by agreeing with all their terms without consulting with employee first.

Friendly Colleagues and easy to adapt environment
The good thingsGain new experience & knowledge
The challengesToo many "only talk" superior but minimum of "workable" subordinate will make the progress slow and ineffective. Additionally when you have superior that doesn't even know how to use printer and manager who only want to communicate with certain staff only.

The challengesmicromanage. " engineering have its own ethics and value. When a rigid system blend in, it is called as technology. Engineering does not have any system to follow. Engineers make guidelines"

You need experience to work in this company!
The good thingsEnjoyed the people that work here as they are in the same boat as myself. Everyone is trying to fulfill their roles with the minimal amount of experience in the job offered to them.
The challengesNo training, it is learn as you go kind of environment. Job scope is just on paper and could be explained further before a future employee takes on the \"actual\" task set for them.

    Opportunity to grow
The good thingsIt is a learning curve for the person who wish to learn the new knowledge and skills, company do provide opportunity for staff to attend training. It is resourceful and company did appreciate staff who are really performance.
The challengesSometimes the staff might need to multitask. It will lost focus or overlook on some tasks and cause the tasks assigned cannot not complete up to expectation. Effectiveness of staff might drop.

The good thingsThere's lots of stuff to learn and tons of works to do if you're capable, but it doesn't mean your superior would like someone who are talented.
The challengesThere is only less than 10 senior who had been working in this company for more than 5 years, you will need to learn your works experience with external helps and not internally.

    High Learning Curve
The good thingsBasically there is no official training unlike MNC or other corporate SME. Hands on projects will make you learn or die. Is a good spot which you can test your own skills learned from the university and to apply it or the way you tackle things which you never expected with minimum guidance by superior.
The challengesWorkload too much yet difficult to manage different projects on hand at the same time especially during the peak seasons of projects. The communication is easily breakdown and things will need to redo few times to achieve. Too many \"only talk\" superior but minimum of \"workable\" subordinate will make the progress slow and ineffective.

    The good and bad
The good thingsthe company gives you enough opportunity to show what you have and develope your skill accordingly to company's direction. gives you enough bonus according to your performance and offer such a wide career advancement.
The challengesyou always find yourself doing work which is not under your job scope. always end up doing overtime which you will not get paid. everyone always go back home late, almost like a culture which i think its not a good thing.

    Organisation structure
The good thingsLess red tape and communication mostly via verbal. some members of the team are helpful. resources are readily available.
The challengesNot all members of the team know their role and duty. some members could be less cooperative and bring the morale of the other member down.
