    Best co-worker but stressful environment
    The good thingsDuring my time, all the employee were sporting, although works never end and stress, but employee were there to joke around. And there are worker hostel. You could learn a lot here, good opportunities to gain experience and knowledge. could meet a lot of people.
    The challengesWork like work is your life. No talk, no joke and no looking around during work even though there is no urgent work to do. No phone allowed. Like REALLY IS NO PHONE AT ALL. Expect you to come/join training during rest day where rest day is one day. No alternative off day on weekend but alternative of half day and full day. This really take the freedom your own time. Get ready to be monitories by the manager and office politics.

    The good thingsEvery staff really committed during work, they're also helpful and they have a great teamwork spirit. The executive also really professional, they love to share knowledge with every staff. This company also provide training season for their staff to build a more effective situation during working. This company really recommended to other who want to get more about account. Because we lern about how to reconcile bank,petty cash,expenses, Giro.reconcilation and more. Its really exciting guys !
    The challengesWhen we in real working life, we need to be independent people. Take every chance that we have. We need to fulfill our self with soft skills because without that we can't move to the next step. The key is communication skills. U need to know how to communicate every people with different race, relegion and so on. So i think the most challenging during working here is, i need to face to face and communicate with different people, different company every week. Other than that, i need to be proactive. I need to finish my work before the due date.

    well.. if you can handle the stress, can do multi tasking job, can take the criticism, focus working all day, no gossiping with your colleagues, cannot bring your mobile phone to your desk, full concentration to the job, able to work overtime, expected to work on holidays or weekends, i think you will love working here. but if your not, better find another place to work.
    The good thingsI enjoy the people. the energy. well the people is very friendly and very helpful. the pay is quite good and here we have overtime. so if you love overtime, this is a place for you.
    The challengeseven though some I don't click with some of my colleague, it still kinda okay. at my department, roughly 2-3 people resigned every 2 month. so tough place everyone.! good luck 👍

    The good thingsI've no commend about this Company but i enjoy working here. This company always try to find any solution if employee have any problem working here and make improvement.
    The challengesHard working is the point. Candidate must have strong personality and can handle their stress. The person who have good personality will have no problem if they are working here.
