    Great Teamwork
    The good thingsTop Management is very receptive to changes and encourage new ideas. Working colleagues help each other. Teamwork is very good. Good base pay better than surrounding companies. Their recreation club is good. Their football club is quite well known in state in state level. Also got aerobic class for ladies.
    The challengesCan improve in 5S. Their safety culture is a bit weak.

    The good thingsStaff, manager and others workers help each other if have any problem. Staff at the company have good cooperation and ready to share their opinion. If have any mistakes they will help each others to fix the mistake.
    The challengesThe company still use old system and after that they must update in the new system, it will make the process run to long and slow.
