Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection Foreign Workers, Administration, Training & Development, and Employee Relations. Involved in training and development of staff, conduct new employee induction, scheduling and coordinating training courses and work closely with department.
The challengesMaintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relations issues, grievances and counseling on work-related problems, and act as a communication channel between Management and employees to maintain good relationship. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
