    The good things~ Exposed to a variety of task and work experience. ~ Experienced and friendly colleagues, willing to teach newbies technical knowledge.
    The challenges~ The different level of difficulties that challenges your ability to do Multitasking and time management depend on which department you're in. ~ The pressure in ensure the part quantity delivery meet with planner schedules. ~ Ensure the parts quality follows the standard quality set by QC and Customer side. ~ VERY MULTITASKING working environment. Must able to arrange which one the most urgent and important as your priority of the day to commit to production.
