    my job experience is good as a part time worker. I learned a lot of things as a sales assistants and i keeps my responsibilities well.
    The good thingsGood working environment. Supervisors are nice in leading their own team. Extra bonus for OT.
    The challengesSometimes had to communicate to the customer or staff form other industry, is queit hard for me because im abit shame when communicate with other peoples Face to face. Although that, i always tried my best and countered my fear.

    Average and okay place to work as 1st job
    The good thingsAn okay place to find experience, especially if just recently graduated from learning institute. The colleague is okay, the facility is okay.
    The challengesWorkload is too much with little salary, the management a little poor that they don't mind to fire underachieved staff instead of giving them chance to learn and improve

    Unequal work assignment, unstandardised salary distribution.
    The good thingsNo working on weekends.
    The challengesHave to be tough in order to survive in staffs gossiping environment. Work might be super busy and over load sometimes plus might assigned to complete unrelated work tasks based on initial job description. However, work effort might not be appreciated. Basic salary is low as compared to other retail supermarket. Yearly increment is low.

    The good thingsAS INDIVIDUAL, THERE IS PLATFORM FOR EVERYONE TO GROW AS A SUCCESSFUL WORKER. THE TRAINING IS CONTINUOUSLY PROVIDED. THERE WILL BE SALARY INCREMENT FOR EVERYONE WHO PERFORMED. THIS COMPANY PROVIDING ANNUAL LEAVE FOR WORKERS WHO SUCCESSFULLY FINISH 1 YEAR WORKING SERVICE. THE BONUSES ARE GREAT TOO. BTW THE COMPANY WORKING HOUR IS BASED ON SHIFT MODE.
    The challengesTHE GOOD THING IS EVERYONE MUST MEET THEIR MONTHLY TARGET FOR INDIVIDUAL DEPARTMENT. FOR THOSE WHO ACHIEVE WILL HAVE REWARDS IN TERM OF INCENTIVE. THE CON IS YOU MUST BE TOLERATE TO EACH OTHER WHILE WORKING. THE PRESSURE IS ANYWHERE WHILE WORKING BUT GOOD CONTROL OF IT MAKES YOU ARE A BETTER PERSON. KEEP POSITIVE VALUES WILL LEAD TO SUCCESSFUL WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

    A very good Company for those who just graduated from study .
    The good things- Can learn more than 1 field of job scope. For an example , Your position as Clerical Clerk . But your part of duty is done . You can help out at others department . You may help at the cashier counter , service counter to serve customers need , and help packing at the freshmart department .
    The challenges- The most challeging job at Everrise is the due date of paperwork and invoice every early of the month . - The promotion for the weekly need to be ensure every thursday as start onward from Friday to Sunday is Weekly Promotion . The Promotion items usually advertised on the newspaper.

    The good thingsI can know about the product in detail during i receive & meet many type of customer.
    The challengesIn time so many stock come in 1 day, make i so tried & headache to arrange it in 1 day. Not enough staff in our department. Even i working office hour i need to come during public holiday to work but the overtime pay is not reasonable.
