    Not good place to work
    The good thingsRelaxing enviroment and some worker can even sleep during work, no work stress so far
    The challengesToxic people , many politics inside the company. Salary is low , not many benefits, short lunch time , have to work on Sat( one time per month ) and not good management.

    The good thingsGood and fair Managing Directors, room for growth, fixed bonus for year end and additional bonus mid year according to performance. Friendly environment.
    The challengesHuman Resource Department can be improved and company can be more generous with allowances/benefits.
