A good place to learn some new safety culture. Able to learn handling with those critical situations in safety and improve my hazard identification skill and the method to be used to overcome or terminate or control the hazards found at the workplace.
The challengesThe major challenge faced at the workplace was language barrier, where most of the workers was foreigners and wasn't able to understand English and Malay. To overcome this types of situation, I have hired one specific translator during every toolboxs briefing conducted and designing some safety posters to make sure those workers and the top management are able to know the important of safety.
