this factory is family business so u cant grow your carrier even u are talented

The good thingsnot boring and very very challenging to complete the task given by supervisor, engineering team

The challenges1 technician with 3 or 4 supervisor, and another task given by supervisor.. they dont care what u will do for complete the task.

Perspective

The good thingsCompany provided basic medical benefit.

The challengesSingle department but always make the role ambiguous, because sometimes the communication from top to bottom was inaccuracy deliver & staff might put their own perspective into others whose is not related.
