    FAST PACE & DYNAMIC ORGANISATION
    The good thingsThe operational decision was fast, you will learn a lot especially if you are attached to the oleochemicals plant. The seniors in the company are from the oleochemicals industry and very well experienced. The company is generous with increments, performers will get their salary accelerated. The bonus is on par with the market.
    The challengesIf you are just following the tides, you will find it difficult to adapt. The company should have more employee activities to foster teamwork and promote work-life balance.

    Ideal workplace for workaholic
    The good things- Fast growing Company - Friendly and supportive colleagues - Many things can be learned about Oleochemicals Industry - Good career advancement - especially if you are workaholic :)
    The challenges1. Deep rooted problem Many problems (process, culture, firefighting etc.) are deep rooted, most of the time you can only live with the problems, which leads to 2nd point 2. Miserable work life balance - Manpower resources not managed properly until work overload, hence the relatively high paid not consider real high paid at all because you sacrifice extra time to settle pointless task If you are a workaholic and ready to show your dedication - this is an ideal place for you

    Fast learning curve, messy management but nice colleagues
    The good thingsFast learning curve, be ready to think fast and act fast and must be impromptu to adapt ad hoc project or projects beyond your job scope.
    The challengesmust be impromptu to adapt ad hoc project or projects beyond your jobs scope. Learn to be decision markers otherwise never ending tasks. You can work as executive level but learn to act like management level to plan and execute tasks. Fast learning curve.

    always give work to people know them and no chance for people who want venture new thing. corrupted staff working there
    The good thingsseems want enjoy the atmosphere but never get chance even though have all requirment they asking for. finally they choose people internally which is staff relatives or similar to it.

    The good thingsThe management do provide good benefits and very good paid. Therefore, the internal management itself was not properly arrange, despite offering good offers to the employee, the working environment there was totally unhealthy. Most of the employee in different department had the same imbalance workload, just to compare how the manager's of the department to handle the situation.
    The challengesshort notice to deliver the good to (internal) customers, within less 24hours as if rarely was acceptable, but it keep repeated and frequent.

    The good thingsAbsolutely an amazing experience under the leadership of Tanuj Roy. Working in a greenfield project, saw through the completion of a humongous oleo-chemical giant coming to life. Absolutely satisfying experience to have been a part of the core team.
    The challengesAs a greenfield project the challenges are numerous, that is what that makes it interesting. The ultimate challenge is to complete the project, which we did, albeit with an extended time and a slight overrun in the project budget.
