    Amazing! Wonderful time!
    The good thingsI love the work culture there; the people are all amazing. Nice team members and boss. I'm so blessed to be part of the team. Can learn a lot about Scrum Agile and more new skills and knowledge that you won't receive in university, and also training provided for a new hire. Good work-life balance, that's the thing I like most.

    Learn lots of things during my internship time.
    The good thingsI really recommended for the students do their internship here. All the seniors help you so much. Can learn a lot about Scrum Agile and C# and have the proper training for a new hire. Good work-life balanced and can work from home.

    Great place to experience a mature software development environment
    The good thingsGood place to learn and practice coding best practices and agile values. Management is keen on getting feedback, and doing what they can to make working here better and better. Majority of managers are flexible and supportive and give a lot of trust and autonomy to the teams.
    The challengesProduct is not exactly cutting-edge, so opportunities to update the software stack and work on the latest and greatest technologies come slowly. But this is normal for most enterprise-level applications, stability and reliability for customers is more important than always re-engineering the software.

    The good thingsThe environment is nice as the office located in Gtower which is a strategic location where is near to public transport and many food courts. The employee benefits are pretty good. There is a work-life balance also. Not required to work overtime unnecessary
    The challengesThere is no annual bonus. Make sure your salary covered the bonus if you have been having a bonus in your previous job. The opportunity for career development is limited as the finance shared service department consist of below 20 ppl

    The good thingsThe company provided so many training that can help you to grow. From English class until Time Management training. I can't describe everything here. Foreign workers have the same benefit with local workers to get EPF which is not all company provide it. Since we are using SCRUM, you can assume that you can get the work-life balance. The facility is quite good also as there is a pool, PS4, table-tennis, etc.

    The good thingsThe working environment is fun. I learned to communicated with Exact's staff from other region such as Netherlands, United States and many more. I learned to be a first line troubleshooter, fix hardware and software issues.
    The challengesTechnology is improving day by day. So, need to learn fast to have knowledge in order to do the troubleshoot. Furthermore, i need to troubleshoot Exact's staff at other region using remote assistance. It will be hard if the issues is because of hardware because we can't see what is really going on. IT challenging but really fun.

    The good thingsThe environment is very good. Facilities provided is satisfying. You can work happily with friendly people. They practice good working style/development process which every work done in very organized way. The company is amazing!

    The good thingsWork environment is driven by state of art systems and workflow management is automatic. Annual vacation and annual dinner including Christmas dinners. Monthly happy hours and leisure time at office. Work hard and play hard motto. Company's work cultures are 'integrity', 'respect', 'fun', 'trustworthy', 'commitment', 'dedication', 'honest', 'hardworking', and 'transparency'. Excellent place to work.
    The challengesQuarterly release of product causes tight deadlines. But it is still very manageable with team of project members. Transparent system which is made aware from the start of employment makes it less grapevine, as it understood by everyone.

    The challengesWork life balance imposible apply to Finance department.Heavy workload with very limited time to complete in deadline. You are not encourge to overtime as the team leader always have no self confidence and mind what others thinking which if you OT and will make the whole team look ugly. U must attend 2 times training in a year but they assume you are working and must complete the task on time no matter how. Office politic, very strict in meeting to pin point mistake, team lead used bad word to democtivate and insult staff. Unhelpful colleagues, not willing to teach and expect u to know all. Team lead never appreaciate staff and somemore mislead staff values with no matter how many hours u OT in office and company will just give u 20 ringgit and no bonus at all. Team lead never give chance and prejudge staff.Terrible working enviroment.
