    Working environment
    The good thingsThe working environment in Excard is good and joyful. All the staff here is friendly and willing to help each others. We work as a team, we work hard, we play harder. You will love this place when you start step into it. You don't have to worry about office politics, because there was not such things in Excard ! Wording couldn't describe about my feeling toward this company, feel it by your own.
    The challengesThe most challenges things for me in Excard is dealing with our picky clients and old-fashioned thought production. As our company is in the market for 11 years, our 'LOYAL' customers always request for unreasonable benefits that will not tally with their sales amount in our company. Production? They're only able to produce what they have, but not produce what we want or what the market needs.
