    While the company operates in a systematic and organized manner, some managers may exhibit emotionally driven behavior that can appear unprofessional. Nonetheless, for those who can adapt to this environment, long-term employment is certainly feasible.
    The good thingsThey provide the most basic Employee Benefits, example Annual Salary Increment , bonus and basic medical coverage, excluding dental items. 30 minutes lunch break every day
    The challengesDuring certain public holidays, such as Labor Day, employees may be required to return to work on Saturday without additional compensation. For example, if Labor Day falls on a Tuesday, employees will be required to work the following Saturday to meet the company's 250 working days per year require.
