my position is technicianThe good thingsi were enjoy working there and i'm really great i can get what i need, give me strong spirit at works, and how to handle big process products, actually special products, how to process and follow the program that were given by engineering department and also process engineer and programmer. to look how the best way to get the higher quality by no rejected and get the great product also quality specification is excellent.
The challengeschallenging at work places is really-really awesome, anybody can get stress, pressure, good environment, good communications and also if you do any problem at workplaces by doing the products is rejected or something else. the challenging is here is to get scold by head of department because you can look at your fault that you were doing and you must get control of yourself that you were being stress. another things is that i would like to share is about your opportunity of your works is you can learn anything that you want, study about programmer, machine setting, monitor operators, control the rejected, control the quality products and also manages all of the product that you want to put in the machine and setting it and then run the process by insert the program in the machine.
