    The good things-meet and sharing good experience with people all around the world -learn a lot of things about oil and gas industry -travel overseas -have good working rotation, balance work and life -good salary packages
    The challenges-have to be precisely alert with operations -ensure all equipment/sensors working good with good maintenance practice -ensure all the information that have been given to client are accurate -working away from families and home
