    Serious bad management.
    The good thingsNothing good. Really.
    The challengesLow salary. No KWSP (as i know, contract worker are entitled to KWSP too) No Sick Leave (tolak gaji jika ambil MC). Get show cause letter (sebab tak reply dalam group Telegram dalam masa 30minit). Toxic management (bos jenis ikut mood / suka marah2). No work life balance (bos minta report or anything waktu malam).

    The challengesdtg kerja lewat sesaat kena denda rm30, bonus kena tolak lagi. lenyap sehari gaji huhu...kerja free2 jee pd hari tu... arahan manager x jelas lepastu nk angin.. nk bagi komisen tp terlalu byk syarat... yg selalu digembar gempurkan tentang bonus, career path dan lain2 hanyalah khabar yg indah semata2.. realitinya tidak

    The challengesCabaran utama ialah belajar menerima kenyataan bahawa kerja lebih masa dianggap sebagai ‘sedekah’, KWSP hanyalah angan-angan, gaji boleh dipotong ikut mood bos, dan paling lawak—kalau lambat 40 saat, kena bayar denda RM30. Rasa macam kerja dalam kasino, tapi tak pernah menang."

    The challengesToxic culture from upperhead, and poor management especially in their HR team. No work life balance especially if you work for office Team. Contract could be tricky, at the end your benefits or opportunity depends on you upperhead mood
