    The good thingsThe company operates by well-constructed Standard of Procedures (SOP) that ensures the safety and well-being of their employees. The senior employees were easy to approach and they have a good sense of providing constructive feedback on the work I've done. Mistakes were met with suggestions and solutions instead of any form of negative reactions.
