    The good thingsThis company offered a very good benefits for its employee and has a very good engagement with the employee. The Management has a very closed relationship with the staff. The Management encourage open communication for comments and idea. All procedures a re crystal clear and focus to provide clarity to the staff. Less bureaucratic in conducting day to day operation.

    Good mgt team
    The good thingsthe new mgt work together as a team in realising the changes expected of the bank. The top mgt give full support to the line managers. A lot of initiatives on improving the bank's business process are implemented with the support from the top mgt.
    The challengesthe bank could be in a better position if the Board members did not interfere with the operations of the bank. Board members are micro managing the bank which make it difficult for top mgt to manage the bank effectively. The Board should stick to their role in providing direction relating to policy matters rather than interfering with the mgt of the bank which is under the purview of the CEO.
