    The good things-Friendly environment -great work-life balance -Developed my skills as an Analyst -Nearby LRT Titiwangsa for those without vehicle. -Bosses are very helpful.
    The challenges-Be prepared to learn or get things that you need by yourself most of the time(no hand-holding). -No OT for non-call centre employees.
