    First internship during my academic years, relatively short but definitely worthwhile
    The good thingsGood working environment, good interracial relationships between different races, friendly and helpful colleagues, employers gave his precious time to guide me throughout the whole internship
    The challengesBased on what I've known of this company, I'm the first software engineering intern they hired so far, so everything seems fresh as I have to explore and discover most of the stuff myself. It was quite challenging during the first couple of weeks but as time goes by, I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of it.

    Place worth for fresh entry!
    The good thingsGood welfare and friendly working environment. People are willing to offer help and work as a team. Chances to work oversea provide an additional benefits. A place that is worth learning for fresh entry level, and internship or temporary position seekers.
    The challengesIf working instructions and border lines could be emphasized more so that each one are more clear on every single responsibilities, that could makes the working processes run more smoothly. Training is insufficient to improve every employee's qualification.

    The good thingsCompany benefit is good and has a very good working environment, because it is a small company, so every employee are very close to each other and normally everyone will working as a team. This company also giving good bonus and the most attractive part is the annual company trip that will bring up the whole company staff go travel together at oversea.
    The challengesVery challenging place to work as this company is doing machine design, we need to make a design that suit the customer requirement with high performance and the lower cost. Not like the multinational company that most of the rules and regulation already in place that sometimes very hard to give new idea and explore new things. Is a very good place to work.
