Supportive culture and strong benefits, with room to enhance leadership effectiveness.
The good thingsI enjoyed the positive work culture, supportive colleagues, and collaborative environment across teams. The company also offers strong benefits and opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders, which contributed to both personal and professional growth.
The challengesThere are opportunities to further strengthen leadership effectiveness, particularly in communication, empathy, and people management. Enhancing these areas could improve team morale and overall employee experience.

    Bad experience.
The good things- good medical benefits - frequent free lunches - more laid back than my previous call center workplace - there are nice people willing to help you - nice and comfortable workplace - relatively easy parking - good stock of beverages in pantry
The challenges- depends on which team you're on, the challenges vary from too much work to difficult to please customers - SOPs are unclear and does not solve issues to their core most of the time (seriously) and front liners face the consequences - training is absolutely and entirely insufficient; you most likely would have to disturb seniors to find out what to do (be prepared to have different people advising different things, even if you're from the same team) - superficial and brown nosing atmosphere - regardless of what others say, the system is outdated and lacking

Great company culture with great benefit package
The good thingsPeople here are friendly - You're welcomed and encouraged to feedback on processes and tools regardless of your job title to make them better. Great benefit package - Comprehensive medical coverage, eye care, dental, wellness, travel, maternity and paternity, free snack/drink/fruits! The company takes care of you well so you can focus on your work and contribution to the company. Reward based on performance - Regular meetings with your manager on your performance and development plan to stay on course.
The challengesA lot of processes and rapid changes (to the processes or system/tools) that you may get lost or confused sometimes, so the challenge here is to keep up. There are many teams in the company and escalation can be challenging sometimes when you're not sure which correct team to reach out to.

A best place to work with colleagues
The good thingsThe environment is so pleasant and team mates/colleagues are indeed very helpful. So does the manager. Overall good experience with perfect location. There are fascinating meeting rooms, pantry, etc. The teams are huge which support different regions. The best part is free give aways/goody bags. Sometimes there are breakfast, lunch provided. In addition to that, there are Birthday Celebration on monthly basis. That's so LOVELY!
The challengesProbably this is the least expected. Overloaded with work in order to meet the teams SLA(s)
