    The good thingsHave great colleagues and the management willing to invest for people to learn
    The challengesIt’s a small company in Malaysia so have very minimal chances of career growth, never have any salary increment for so many years of working. No work life balance, if you able to work more, then they will give you more task and salary with the rest.
