    Work Life Balance Do Exist
The good things1) Learn and grow with the Bank - EXIM Bank provides generous training opportunity to ensure the staffs gain the necessary knowledge and skill to do their job effectively. The Bank also organised numerous internal training - covering technical as well as soft skill. 2) Work culture is relatively more compromising with good interaction between units, departments and divisions.
The challenges1) Being a small organisation can be challenging as each staff has specific role and functions. Additional recruitment is subject to a tedious recruitment process. Therefore, each staff is responsible to its own performance and conduct within the organisation. 2) Remuneration package is subject to a lengthy process and scrutiny by supervisors, Management, Board and stakeholders (BNM and MOF)
