    The good and the bad
The good thingsERL staff are generally nice, helpful and friendly. Located at a good location.
The challengesDuring my tenure, I faced difficulties working with a manager who preferred a highly involved approach (If you get what I mean). I would advise future candidates to consider conducting comprehensive interviews to gain insights into the management style and organisational competence of potential managers, as well as to exercise caution when joining teams with a history of high employee turnover.

Not a good place to work.
The good thingsColleagues are kind and helpful.
The challenges1. Management has outgrown its relevance. 2. Bad behaviour is tolerated by HOD. 3. Rude and sarcastic supervisor. 4. New ideas are shot down because old staff are so insecure.

A Very Terrible Experience All Around
The good thingsNear transportation hub and food are everywhere. But that's about it.
The challengesNo work life balance. They expect you available all the time, even during your leave/public holiday. They expect you to do everything as your position title will be as general as can be. They also don't have a proper documentation on every system and expect you to be expert of the systems by your own. No career development either.

Great basic experience but doesn't provide good career advancement
The good thingsThe working environment. The colleagues are all helpful and we practice open communication however this excludes top management where most subordinates are afraid of them. There's a distinct position barrier.
The challengesLack in career advancement since the top management has stayed put for a very long time. The executives have remained as executives for years. So if you're the type who likes to do mundane job on a daily basis and just wait for the salary then this company is for you.

    Compensation Structure
The good thingsVery structured management and good place to learn about company culture. Members of the organisation are very skilled and does not practice any form of discrimination. Career prospects are good and those who perform are usually rewarded. Employee turnover is below the national average. Overall the company is a good place to start a career.
The challengesI could have initiated more training activities. A lot of learning opportunities could be derived through educational tours and visits to neighboring countries. There are also room for improvement in the CSR aspect of the company

Your energy is squeezed like a new fabric is washed, wrung it dry and then repeated the same process again and over again
The good thingsI love their way on choosing workers by using Mathematics and Englis examinations. Sometimes, I got extra allowance ... sometimes I got less allowance. I got medical card. KLIA environment was very condusive. Got a suit and shirts. Nice ! Experienced to visit Petronas Twin Tower's Bridge.
The challengesTo sales tickets which not achievable and how to know if increase of the sales from your promotion effort or from other marketing strategy ? It's difficult to count your work only using sales achievements. What if we have tried 1000% but still not achieving monthly target ? I don't even know if the target is real or a created figure ?
