A decent place to build experience with good team support, but work pace can be fast during peak
The good thingsClear job responsibilities and structured processes make it easier to adapt, especially for new joiners.
The challengesCommunication between departments could be improved at times.

Good benefits, terrible management, chaotic processes, good luck if you actually want to do real work.
The good thingsif you're looking for great benefits, Exsim Development delivers - EPF contributions are over 13% and company trip. But that's really where the positives end.
The challengesManagement can be extremely toxic. Favoritism runs rampant, and promotions often depend more on how well you can flatter your boss than on actual performance. Processes are chaotic, priorities change daily, and there's little support for employees who just want to do their jobs. If you can't kiss up, you're stuck watching other rise while you tread water. If you thrive in a political environment and enjoy office drama, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, be prepared for frustration and wasted potential.

A balanced workplace that values employees and offers good benefits.
The good thingsAfter one year at Exsim Development, I can say the work-life balance here is very good. The company offers attractive perks and benefits, and employees’ well-being is valued. This makes it easier to stay motivated and maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. There is good exposure to the property development industry, and colleagues are supportive, creating a pleasant and professional working environment. Overall, it is a stable company with positive culture and good benefits for employees.
The challengesAs the company continues to grow, some processes and systems are still being improved, which requires flexibility and adaptability.

Able to manage shifting responsibilities, support several team members at once, and complete urgent.
The good thingsEPF contribution more than 13% benefit staff so good
The challengesRequired to provide backup support for three team members when they are on leave, including taking responsibility for urgent tasks outside of my usual job scope to ensure deadlines are met. Most decisions are centralized under the Head of Department; workplace politics may influence task distribution, and preferred staff may receive lighter responsibilities. Job scope and project assignments change frequently, with the PIC list being updated monthly or every few months.

Good company to grow your career
The good thingsHonestly, working at EXSIM is a rollercoaster, but a worthwhile one. The workload can be quite heavy sometimes but I think it is all manageable (of course you have to know how to manage your own time). Other than that, I think working at EXSIM is a very good choice to grow your career. They do have lots of employee perks and benefits tho!
The challengesSometimes you might have to go back and forth quite frequently cause of the decision might always change due to many reasons, but it's all good if you can handle ad-hoc tasks very well.

    Just annoying
The good thingsThe benefit was ok-ok. Some colleagues was ok to work with.
The challengesThe politics in this co was so annoying. Some of my colleagues is so busy body on our personal, they like to talk behind our back, but acting like they so nice in front. They talk bad about bosses (which attack personally not the work matters) but in front bosses, they are the best employees. Be very careful in making friends around people in here.
