    The good thingsworking environment is good, colleague is friendly. (90% staff here are Chinese). if you have a good performance, eventually you will get a increase in your salary for the effort you give to this company.
    The challengesA bit traditional company, barely to accept new concept or idea. so called the very China-man business, even a very minor thing decision have have to go through the boss which drag the time longer to settle everything. . Doing executive level kind of job but yet title is at non-executive level. they seriously need to look into their job title structure.
