    The good thingsGreat team and management, supportive management team relating for creating any initiatives. Company includes profit sharing and able to purchase company shares for cheaper price, outstanding employees will get free shares from company.
    The challengesSometimes there are lack of developments after moving towards a senior position as the company here is quite small.
