    Great start-up to start in
    The good thingsReally great team to work with, and a really great boss to work under. It is a relatively small new and small company, so there's a lot to learn and a great place to discover your strengths and work on any weaknesses.
    The challengesThe culture could be improved upon and explicitly informing people of their roles/what is expected of them.
