    The good thingsNear to my house, good location, salary high, use good system to manage the staff performance. Bosses very polite.
    The challengesTo achive IPO by 2026 and need to learn many new system. Accounting software use dynamic 365 and API to apps caused key in need to be careful.

    The good thingsGood working environment, convenience to lunch, Business getting expand, Colleague friendly
    The challengesWork whole 1 year only entitled annual leave. Weekend have to work half day, by take leave on weekend will deduct 1 day salary. Job scope keep changing. Usually request overtime without pay. Low pay and less benefit. High employee turnover.

    The good thingschinese speaking, many good and cheap food nearby, many young people, many milk tea shop nearby, nearby train station.
    The challengesovertime every day with no pay, weekend or public holiday still need to on-call 24hour, office politic.

    The good thingsYou can enter without high qualification, Chinese is highly recommended, because their customer majority is China and Taiwan.
    The challengesSystematic and fair is important. The century is change, no way to use those old century style to manage your company.Should go some leadership training. Highly recommend 7 habit training as your reference.

    The good thingsThe company environment is good for working place with new interior design. The location not so pack with the traffic in office hours because surrounding with pub and restaurant nearby.It become busy when turning to night time. The surrounding is good as one stop location for meet up with client and make appointment because the area serve you with all you need. The management is friendly with other colleagues and i learn much here even i can learn others job scope to build my experience and skills. The most enjoyable part of working here is company benefit such as yearly bonus and company trip every year.
