    The good thingsVery supportive leader, able to explore a lot during my time here. Boss consistently giving support and guidance on the project, end of the day did not take all the credit. This will help to build up confidence and enable project leader to fell comfortable working with the high management
    The challengesVery nice environment, i found working life here a bit slow pace compare to my previous company. If the management are more to Sub Con, life will be more challenge and the company may gain more based on the existing asset and workforce.

    The good thingsFairchild Semiconductors Penang provide a lot of facility to us example footsol court, badminton court, gym and etc.. also some relaxing activity game eg. foosball, pool, basketball machine. Besides that, company also provide alot of training and we can hands on the equipment/machine. Surely the salary is lucrative packages with allowance+bonus+profit sharing to our employees. I feel enjoyable.
    The challengesI need spent a lot of time when facing some critical issue here from our production line or customer site. So I need find a root cause for the failure analysis cases. Need to be learn a lot of technique + skills + knowledge in terms on our equipment/machine.
