    The good thingsWorking for 3 years at Fairtrade Commodities was a good experience for me as boss would give many diverse tasks and learning opportunity throughout my career. There are many types of coworkers we got to work with from different background. In this company, we have a set KPI and all of us focus on reaching company goals for growing the business.

    The challengesConstantly being in a tough situation. you perform, you do more. you under perform, is ok, sometimes MD will still like to you. bad management overall. colleagues are toxic and zero teamwwork.

    The good thingsI enjoyed going travel with my teammates to different countries (vietnam, thailand, indonesia etc.) in learning about tea and coffee culture while communicating with customers.
    The challengesIn order to improve quality of products and meet deadlines, I have to communicate with many for opinions to improve the products' tastebility. Besides, extensive research is required to study during the process!

    The good thingsYou will have the best HR ever but the environment of the organization is not so good. There are so many things to learn. Good working here to gain experience also our expertice. Colleague is nice, but no employee benefits.
