    The good thingsHave cleaner to clean office. Office is clean.
    The challengesBiggest obstacle of the company is in the office room, that never will be throw, which causes the company cannot grow and move forward. And also make the environment toxic.

    Hopeless place with no career development
    The good thingsNo hierarchy. It's a small company so everyone report to one person which is the boss who represent the "management".
    The challengesIncapable and short-sighted management. Zero leadership and management skill. This place will never able to retain or nurture talents and that's why the turnover rate is incredibly high even though it's a small company. Here has no space to develop and improve yourself as you just need to do what boss told. Boss is always correct, even it's against the fact! If you just work for money, does not care much about your own value and opinion, you can work here.

    The good thingsThey provide free parking area
    The challengesStressful working environment. Boss always blame employee although that isn't employee's fault. Office which surrounded by tons of CCTV also makes employees feel very tension.

    The challengesOne person decides and controls everything. The emotional and unpredictable behavior of superior causes you very stressful and unable to work efficiently. Anything goes wrong, it's always employee fault. If you can survive the here, you can survive everywhere.

    A small company but pay well
    The good thingsIf you do well, company can offer you higher salary, salary is based upon your performance. Not a typical selfish company but a result-oriented company that seek for talent people to work for them. I believe the company will continue to strive in future.
    The challengesSometimes the working environment quite stressful so you need to learn how to cope with the stress. Besides that, this is a small company so you need to be human multitasking.
