    Friendly and Fast Working Environment
    The good thingsThe people and bosses are friendly, honest and supportive. No one micromanages you. They do guide and give pointers and, you are expected to work and achieve your goals and targets. The bosses are quite transparent here. Tell them your problems and they work to solve the problems together as a team and not get penalized. If you can work independently, and result oriented, this is the place for you to thrive.
    The challengesThe company systems are complex and for non technical like me, I sometimes feel helpless and have to rely on technical team for solutions.

    The good thingsFun friendly environment. Boss is fierce a bit but friendly. Can learn a lot of new things
    The challengesNot medical insurance, just EPF and Socso. But they do have pantry snacks, staff parties and outings

    The good thingsIf you are someone like me who likes to learn more and be empowered, this is a good company for you. Instead of working in a big company where you are just focused on one thing, here you will be able to pick up more skills and to learn more about different business operations. In a team of less than 50, you are pretty much friends with most people and people here are generally quite friendly

    Overall, good. Can learn a lot of things.
    The good thingsGreat colleagues, sporting bosses. You also will be rewarded accordingly if you do your work well. Got increments. And pantry stock up weekly!
    The challengesVery fast paced sometimes its hard to catch up. Also working alone in the dept, which needs me to be very independent. The cons also got no bonus, no medical coverage/panels.
