    The good thingsCollegue firiendly and supportive, company give your opportunities to learn and adapt. If we dont understand then we can ask whatever we want. For a first few weeks we will be given SOP, learn about the process, quality issue and handling, go to production area and see how the working environment inside it.

    One of the good company to develop my career as mechanical engineer
    The good thingslots of courses held by the employer to enhance employee skills. Salary increment was fast as long employee commits their job in full responsibility. There is a lot of knowledge can be learn here, not only focused on your job scope when you are working here.
    The challengesI enjoyed working here, but i would like to suggest the employer to change how to manage & guide a fresh grad engineer during their prohibition period in term of providing training on their job scopes.

    The good thingsGood technical and communication support from every level of employee from machine operator all the way to the top management. The freedom to implement and voice out improvement planning is one of the factor why this company is continously improving in every aspect especially in engineering field.
    The challengesTo comply with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000, tons of documentations and reports meed to be updated. Hence, besides doing hand on jobs (maintenance & repair), all the minor details of you and your team's task shall be recorded daily.
