    My experience
    The good thingsAble to meet with different people and learn new things everyday. This industry is very competitive and need an action fast in order to make a deal. However with the support from the management tasks can be completed fast. The staff are friendly and work as a team.
    The challengesThe total remuneration package for staff should be review and reward staff base on performance. With this the staff who perform will be happy as they will receive better package and those not so performing need to buck up to earn a better remuneration package.
