    Compensation and Salary is good, but not the professional career enhancement place, and the environment mostly not healthy communication between top management and below employee.

    The challengesNo structural organization, No effective communication, No transparency in managemnet PNC and roles responsibility. Your idea and effort will not be recognize by top management, instead they take yours credit to their pocket and said it theirs idea and effort.

    The challengesUnprofessionally asked me to be a PM when I was hired in the engineering group. Talked to my reporting manager but was told that I "had" to do it, then put my performance to question when I did not have enough time for my job.

    Toxic working environment, no work life balance.
    The good thingsOpportunity to change department and learn new things.
    The challengesToxic environment. No work-life balance as bosses expects you to work 24/7. They won't consider even if you are sick. If the sale is low or not achieving the target, they will blame on someone. No experience people to lead the company which leads to the company management problem.

    The good thingsWorked under the best store manager anyone could ask for, best teammates and most importantly, no one will ever feel like being left out. When it is time for fun, we will be all out. When it is time for work, then it is for work.

    The good thingsI love my colleagues, the atmosphere and the laidbackness of it all. Its very relaxing and fulfilling working with FV. Even when you're working under pressure and towards a deadline, you can still have fun. Love the experience!

    The good thingsA lot of things. Fashion Valet is totally a very different store than the others. It is very enjoyable working with them. Everyone is just having a great time assisting the customers. The management are just lovely. Its easy for you to communicate with HQ even your bosses! Love it, there! Wish I could turn back time!
    The challengesCustomers. Ofcourse! WE RECEIVED A LOT OF CUSTOMERS EVERYDAY and to be honest, if we wanted to make them satisfy ever second. It'll be hard, but that is the challenge. Whatever it is, FV is great! A great place for the new people (freshie) to gain experience!

    The best tings about FV. Family.
    The good thingsThe good things when working with FV is everyone will treat you like a family. The working environment is fun and teamwork is very important when working in FV. Even though sometimes you have to work long hour due to the demand/sales, you will find that it is less stress when working in a group as i said, FV build a fun environment place to work, same as the workers.
    The challengeswhen you work in a team, sometimes there will be a challenge in receiving orders from your team leader. This is because they are trying their best to makes thing easier and applicable to others.
