    Good for gaining experience but not optimal for career progression and mental health
    The good thingsAllowance is given for petrol and maintaining car. Can join QS for tea break everyday and chit chat for team bonding.
    The challengesIncompetent DOM makes the tasks for project team stressful than it already it is as DOM is not solution oriented. Delegation of tasks is all the DOM knows. Project team need to spend unnecessary more time on work as there is lack of team work from some QS and design team.

    Good environment, good colleagues, good learning ground
    The good thingsSpacious workspace, seniors are kind and humble in sharing knowledge, teammates are welcoming, cheerful, helpful and easy to communicate. Yearly increment and bonus. Higher management are also friendly and approachable. A very healthy environment that creates good motivation to work.
    The challengesThe only thing, too many hands-on jobs and bad lock project that need to cater for. Work stress level is ok. Time management is really at par due to too many jobs need to take care. Multi task is also important.

    The good thingsgood teammate and senior. alway share knowledge together.
    The challengesNo standardise increment. when you get warning letter bonus also get half only. Eventhough you working so hard. So upsad when people with no experience get pay higher than you. You do more works but get less pay. Not worth it.

    The good thingsVery good supportive from top management. Anything problem can be discuss and give some various opinion about certain problem. Can solve the problem together with blaming each other, learn from old mistake.
    The challengesHandle the project from basic, which handle everything on site. Work progress, work condition, safety issue and so on. Need someone who can backup site work on leave, not give all responsibility to operational. Design team should be liaise with operation management when decide certain work and decision.

    Challenging and rewarding for those who thrives to perform
    The good thingsProvide a good platform for continuos development and challenges for those who are eager to learn and perform new task and solve new problems everyday. Higher managements listen to new ideas, policies or method of running business and try to improve their procedures to better improve day to day operations and promote efficiency. Promotes teamwork and forgivability to allow individuals evolve and learn trough mistakes for a better output in the future tasks.
    The challengesPoorly managed old projects which causes alot of backlogs for the new recruits and team to assure project's sucessfull delivery with the given predicament. All major decisions are still govern by group policy and approval which requires a longer period of time. Policies which is correct and dislay the proper way of running things but does not conform to market standard.
