    The good thingsBalance working hour. Salary on time. Some people are good - helpful and caring.
    The challengesShould give opportunity for talented candidates, instead of focusing on Mandarin speaker only. Very little room for growth and low wage. Should treat staff fairly and stop complaining about colleagues behind their backs.
