    The good thingsFriendly colleague. Willing to help if you face problem. Boss willing to listen to our advise and suggestion. Willing to let you try on different position if you want to.

    The good things1. The Management respect and concerned on all the employees including their family members. 2. You will work independently but bosses door is always open for discussion

    Worst company. Do work if you want experience
    The good things-got freedom -boss didnt micromanage -less stress
    The challenges-poor benefit - Management is the worse. Not guide you but only expect result - family business style - System is messy. Document is also messy
