    Good start for Fresh Graduates and not more!!
    The good thingsIts a good start for fresh graduates. You will learn the most basic working skills.
    The challengesDefinitely don't expect for a career development. The management will try to keep you in the same position for many years. Imagine there is an employee who works as a clerk for 30 years and there is many more. It's a Micromanagement company.
